Welcome to Kindred Caps. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we do, you'll be refunded in full. A confirmation email means we've received your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch it.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. The Kindred Set is A$69; an extra cap of any size is A$30. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizing information is provided as a guide — if a size isn't right, our Refund Policy covers exchanges.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Kindred Caps name, logo, images, and copy — is owned by Kindred Caps and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
